Returns

We really hope that you love your order but if for any reason it is not suitable or faulty then we will offer a no quibble returns policy within 30 days from you receiving your order. 

Should you wish to return please contact us on the below email address and we will assist you further with how to return. You will need to send your item back to us via our pre paid label which we can email to you for you to print at home or should you wish you can send yourself but this would need to be sent tracked and we will not be responsible for items that go missing.

When returning please make sure your order number is written on the parcel and also make sure that the item is sent back to us adequately packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.

Please note that our products are hand made so some imperfections may happen but we like to think that it just adds to the charm of each item
