Shipping policy

All our parcels are shipped out via courier. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment notification and a notification from our courier with a trackable link so you can track your delivery all the way to your door. You will be able to amend delivery date or select a place for your parcel to be left via our courier. 

All items that are available on our website are in stock and we will aim to get your order out to you within 3 working days as a standard delivery, but we will aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. If for any reason you need a parcel to be sent next day please email and we will do our best to get this out for you. 

We deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland only. We also can deliver to some selected countries in Europe but due to parcel sizes we are unable to offer a full international delivery service. If you are a customer outside the UK please email us on the below email with the item that you would like to order and we can look into if we can ship to you and offer you a specific delivery quote.

Our shipment prices are stated below. 

Small UK orders of £12 or under £3.15 shipment 

Standard UK orders of over £12 £4.95 shipment 

All UK orders £50 or over FREE shipment. 

Northern Ireland for all orders £5.95 shipment 

Our Shipping Courier used is Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel
